At Luxe Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided the items remain in their original packaging and are gently used or unopened.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure the products are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
